I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed meeting with Heather Shotton from K&S recently.
She made the meeting so easy and in what can be an uncomfortable subject, we managed to have a laugh! She explained everything really clearly and plainly and did not confuse use with the legal jargon and she did this without patronising us – given that we are probably double her age!
She gave us food for thought and we are now deciding on our next step but she made it clear that she would be available to answer any follow up questions we had. I will most definitely use Heather and the team at K&S for any legal issues we have going forward.
