Lucy completed an Undergraduate Degree in English Literature & Linguistics followed by Postgraduate Diplomas; the Common Professional Exams and the Legal Practice Course before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005. Having worked within Family & Matrimonial Law representing high net worth individuals for a number of years, Lucy chose to pursue her interest in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
Lucy is currently an Affiliate member of STEP and is undertaking the Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England & Wales) qualification.
Lucy and her team provide a comprehensive range of non-contentious private client work including Wills, Trusts ( including Asset Protection Trusts and Personal Injury Trusts), registration of Enduring Power of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration, Estate Administration ( including intestacy), and Court of Protection applications for Deputyship.
Outside of the office, Lucy is kept busy being a mum of two girls, step-mum of two boys and looking after the family pets; 3 rabbits and a cat.
