Collaborative
The Collaborative Process allows you to deal with and then resolve issues together in a fair and sensible way, without going to court. There is no unnecessary paperwork, no court attendance, and minimum correspondence between lawyers.
Mediation
Mediation allows you to explore options together, with a Mediator who will assist you both in those discussions. You can talk about arrangements for children, separation and divorce, and financial settlement. You discuss what is important to each of you and endeavour to make sure that the outcome that you jointly propose is fair to you both and, works well for your children.
Court Process
Sometimes matters cannot be settled. When that happens then we can represent you in court proceedings so that matters can be resolved by a Judge.
We can advise and represent you throughout whether matters are agreed or whether you have to ask a Judge to make a decision.
