COVID-19 risk assessment complete

Following the issue of the government’s guidelines “working safely during COVID-19 in offices and contact centres; guidance for employers, employees and the self-employed” which were published on 11th may 2020, we are pleased to let you all know that we have completed a comprehensive risk assessment and, as a result, we are now making some changes to our offices, procedures and business plan.

The purpose of the regulations was to help businesses prepare carefully to re-open and to enable us to provide a safe and secure environment for our staff and clients.

Over the last few days we have worked diligently to adapt our premises and construct policies for cleaning, social distancing and enhanced hygiene.

There are still one or two things that need to be completed but, if everything goes to plan, we should be in a position to open in the next few weeks and welcome you all to the office, with a guarantee that your personal comfort and safety will be our priority at all times.

The government produced a “five steps to safer working together” certificate for businesses who have undertaken a satisfactory risk assessment. We are proud and delighted to share the publication of our certificate from today. We remain positive that we will continue to deliver a first class service to clients and very much look forward to welcoming you to the office in the near future.
